SMITH’S INSPIRING DONATIONS PROGRAM

Have a rewards card at Smith’s? You can sign up for Smith’s Inspiring Donation program to donate 0.5% of every eligible purchase UPHE! visit www.smithsfoodanddrug.com and log into your account.  New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card. Enrollment does not affect your fuel points or coupon discounts.

Once logged in, hover over your name in the right upper conner and from the drop down menu click on My Account. On the left there will be a menu → click on Inspiring Donations from that menu. In the search box on this page type either our name, Utah Physicians for a Healthy Environment, or our EI341. Once UPHE comes up in the options below click Enroll.
